Preparing quotations and settle customers Purchase Orders. Handling daily emails. Arrange daily schedules for drivers, handling walk-in customers enquiries and orders. Answer phone calls. Match suppliers invoices with delivery orders and statements. Can work independent and able to communicate in Englisg and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations in the outlets
• Provide guest with pleasant dining experience
• Maintain good condition for the outlet's facilities and equipments
• Ensure food quality and consistency before serving to guests
• Handle guest complaint or feedback as and when it arises

Job Requirements:

• GCE "O" Level
• 3 years of restaurant experience
• Good leadership skills
• Willing to work shifts and on weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work in Sentosa
