Scope:

• Lead the design and implementation of programs that promote the company’s core values and culture.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, working with internal teams to ensure cultural alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Conduct culture assessments and provide actionable insights to enhance the work environment.
  • Develop and execute engagement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead employee surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans at Corporate level to improve employee engagement.
  • Organize events and campaigns that promote team spirit, wellness, and recognition of employee achievements.
  • Facilitate open communication across the organization by developing platforms that encourage dialogue, feedback, and transparency.
  • Act as liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote positive workplace relationships.
  • Communicate and promote engagement programs, ensuring employees are well-informed about opportunities for involvement.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster a sense of belonging within the workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Human Resources/Business with at least 2 years working experience in HR, organizational development, or employee engagement roles.
• Proven experience in driving culture and engagement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in organizing company-wide events and employee recognition programs is advantageous

• Position: Accounts Executive
• Salary: $3,00 - $4,500
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday / one half day Saturday per month
• Working Time: 9.00am to 18.15pm

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties.
• Prepare monthly reports and bank statement.
• Handle full or partial accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
• Create invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Follow up on outstanding invoice.
• Assist to prepare consolidated accounts including foreign subsidiary companies.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants for the completion of audited reports and tax filings.
• Ad-hoc duties assign by manager.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/’A’ Level, LCCI or Diploma with accounting knowledge.
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Must be multi-tasking and open to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period is an added advantage.
