Job Descriptions:

Resident Management

Welcome new residents and assist with the check-in/out process.

Address residents'/clients’ inquiries and concerns promptly.

Organize and coordinate resident activities and events to promote a sense of community.

Facility Management

Performing inspections of maintenance and cleanliness of dormitory facilities, including common areas and individual rooms.

Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.

Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

Security and Safety

Enforce security protocols, including access control and visitor policies.

Respond to emergency and mitigate situations.

Address safety hazards and highlight to Dormitory Manager.

Administrative Duties

Manage dormitory records and documentation, including resident records, incident reports, and maintenance logs.

Coordinate room allocations with Admin Executive.

Email and telephone correspondence with clients and residents.

Conflict Resolution

Mediate conflicts among residents and address behavioural issues in a fair and respectful manner.

Ensure a peaceful living environment by setting and enforcing dormitory rules and policies.

Communication

Maintain clear and open communication with residents, staff, and management.

Keep residents informed about important updates, events, and policies.

Use various communication channels, such as email, bulletin boards, or Watsapp.

Community Building

Foster a sense of community and inclusivity among residents.

Organize and facilitate social and educational events to encourage resident engagement.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with in-house rules and FEDA regulations.

Problem Solving

Address any issues or challenges that may arise within the dormitory, such as maintenance emergencies or resident disputes.

Data Management

Keep records of dormitory occupancy, maintenance requests, and resident feedback and provide reports to Dormitory Manager.

In this role you’ll be focused on uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate in or migrate to a cloud environment at scale as well as delivering the appropriate Datadog solution.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process
• Maintain, build and own specific relationship maps for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts
• Develop a deep comprehension of customer's business
• Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI
• Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory

Who You Are:

• Someone with 3+ years closing experience (mix of field selling within mid-market or enterprise)
• Driven and have met/exceeded direct sales goals of 1M+ and operated with an average deal size of $100k+
• Able to demonstrate methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
• Experienced in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
• Experienced in selling into large Fortune 1000 companies with the ability to win new logos
• Able to sit up to 4 hours, traveling to and from client sites
• Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 70% of the time
