Responsibilities:-

• To lead the QA/QC team
• To provide training and coaching to the team members in façade related works.
• To assess each construction process and procedure. Provide feedback and continuous improvement whenevee necessary
• To ensure internal quality controls are in place and being maintained properly
• Work closely with other project personnel such as production and site management team to deliver high quality works
• Prepare monthly analysis and report to Management in regards to site and project activities

Job Description

• To conduct site visits and communicate with clients on the quality review and their expectation on the cleaning performance.
• To conduct cleaning audit and propose improvement plans.
• To manage the quality, contract compliance and report any violation to regulatory issues.
• To ensure site compliance to all labour, safety, and environmental regulations.
• To carry out root cause investigations for non-conformance of cleaning staff.
• To liaise with customers on non-conformance activities.
• To ensure regular and periodic cleaning schedule are based on contract requirement.
• To take up tasks and assignments as and when assigned by Managing Director and Business Development Team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in cleaning industry.
• Knowledge on Risk Assessment.
• Good administration skills and document control.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff.
• Able to work in fast pace environment.
• Able to multi-task.

You will support Institute for Patient Safety & Quality to drive cluster-wide efforts in patient safety and quality.

You will also contribute to patient safety and quality through designing and implementing initiatives by the institute. This includes planning, coordination and execution of cluster-wide workshops and events, surveys and reports.

In addition, you will coordinate and facilitate project meetings, conduct data analysis and reporting, and provide secretariat support to various workgroups and committees.

Requirements

· Bachelor‘s Degree with at least 2 years of working experience

· Experience in programme development and process improvement in a healthcare setting would be an advantage

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient in managing large data (i.e. data management and analysis)

· Ability to plan, implement and evaluate various tasks across concurrent priorities

· Ability to work well within a team and independently

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
