• Perform Data Mining to identify quality improvement opportunities and lead site quality improvement projects
• Support site focus on improving performance variation that impact quality performance
• Work with Global Quality, Product Engineering & Central Teams to understand key customer quality issues and drive these issues to resolution within the site
• Develop strong relationships with Global Quality, Product Engineering & Central Teams to improve business process performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Masters in Engineering

• Perform QC Inspections on In-process parts
• Inspect products using established policies, procedures and acceptable quality limits (AQL) for specific criteria, as required per product specifications
• Investigate and assist production personnel, regarding product or process failure
• Determine origin and root case of product/ process failure and report recommendation to Management
• Communicate with different departments, regardings changes on parts, if required
• Provide strong team support by coordinating with QC Personnel on shift schedules, meeting statuses and issues updates
• Participate as a fully engaged, initiative member of a highly performance work team to achieve department's and company's goals
• Perform all other tasks assigned by the Management and Senior Managers
• Utilise critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Candidate with relevant experience in QA/ QC Inspection

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.

Job Description

Talent Development & Quality Officer/Executive

Function as primary support to the Talent Development & Quality team in maintaining the quality management system and learning programs to maximise guest experience and operating efficiency throughout the Hotels' operations. Various tools will be utilised, including learning management systems, quality audits, and 3rd party website reviews.

• Maintain and update documents and records on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 AND ISO 13485 system
• Establish and maintain proper documentation control & distribution
• Conduct internal and external audits. Ensure readiness of all sections for both 3rd party certification body and customer audits.
• Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies in conducting audits
• Generate monthly report/summary of OQA rejects, customer returns, RMA, external and internal 8D and revised specs and procedures.
• Review and update Quality Management System procedures to meet the quality system requirements.
• Ensure system compliance & preparations for Management Review
• Review audit findings and develop action plans
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports (CAR)
• Plan and conduct periodic system audits and participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance.
• Maintain and conduct regular review of calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment.
• Direct and head internal audit programs by reviewing procedures, while recommending improvements for all internal audit policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior.

ROLE: Responsible for GMP-compliant quality control tests of cell products

JOB SCOPE:

1. Performing quality control tests for clinical materials (cell therapy products) according to GMP standards.
2. Work with the Cell Manufacturing & Quality Assusrance Team.
3. Ensuring GMP compliance is maintained at all times.
4. Be accountable for the highest level of execution of regulatory strategies, and standards of quality compliance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in quality control tests of immune cell products, previous quality test experience of CAR-T/TCR-T/NK cell products is highly desired.
2. Experience in FDA IND filing.
3. Familiar with immune cell manufacturing, flow cytometry analysis; Cytokine measurement assays; qPCR assays; etc.
4. Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
5. Project management experiences.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor & more advanced degree in cell biology /biomedical sciences or in a similar medical technology related field.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in qPCR, flow cytometry and ELISA would be preferred.
2. Able to write/read Chinese will have an advantage.
