Job Requirements:

· Min Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent

· Able to work independently.

· Knowledge in AS9100

· Good knowledge in Engineering Drawing Interpretation and GDT.

· Experience in CMM operations will be advantage added.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations needs of the Taekwondo School
• Managing students records/ attendance, create invoices and manage payments.
• Attend to students’/ parents’ queries via telephone, online and physically
• Oversee school schedule, arrange for trial, 1-1 sessions and special events / projects such as competitions.
• Able to create simple marketing materials to promote school activities
• Perform other ops/ admin duties as required to support the running of the school

Requirements

• More than 1 years of experience in running similar admin/ ops/ customer service duties in a gym, school, related institutions in preferred

Job Title: Deputy Dormitory Manager

Accountability: Operations Director

Working Hours: 44 hrs a week

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the reports on performance and operation of dormitory, projects, facilities, system, and equipment.
2. Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments to effectively manage processes associated with the operation and maintenance of the Company’s facilities and purchase.
3. Review the performance and services at the dormitory on a regular basis, recommending improvement on the workflows and processes.
4. Identify potential issues and risks to prevent and mitigate any disruption to the overall operations of the dormitory.
5. Liaison and maintain good rapport with the local government agencies, such as Police, Singapore Civil Defense Force, Ministry of Manpower, BCA, etc.
6. Regular operation status update to the management.
7. Plan, control, and review departmental budget.
8. Approving Authorities: Department staff leave.
9. Any other duties assigned by Operations Directors and Senior Management.

Requirements:

1. Diploma, PLRD + FSM or
2. N Level with 5 years Dormitory Operations related experience

Position Summary: As a Restaurant Manager for our Chinese restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

· Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor and food costs.

· Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

5. Menu and Quality Control:

· Collaborate with the chef to develop and update the restaurant's menu.

· Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.

· Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues promptly.

6. Health and Safety:

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

· Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.

· Train staff on safety protocols.

7. Marketing and Promotion:

· Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

· Plan and organize special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

· Engage with the local community to build the restaurant's reputation.

8. Administrative Tasks:

· Handle administrative duties, including payroll processing, record-keeping, and reporting.

· Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and booking arrangements.

· Maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Chinese restaurant or a similar dining establishment.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.

· Familiarity with restaurant management software and financial tools.

· A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

· Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed to support restaurant operations.
