What To Expect

Role Overview

This position plays a key role in upholding safety standards and compliance across the organization, with responsibilities that include guiding stakeholders, managing process safety, and overseeing contractor safety operations. As an EHS specialist, you will support new projects, facility upgrades, and help strengthen the EHS department’s standards and practices.

Scopes & Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in safety reviews for new projects and modifications, ensuring all initiatives align with company safety policies and MOM standards
• Conduct thorough safety evaluations at various project phases (e.g., Basic Design, Detailed Design, and Construction), identifying potential risks and implementing control measures.

The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, including order processing, client documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include assisting with demand forecasting, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams (logistics, inventory, China team), and facilitating communication with clients.

The role involves acknowledging customer orders, coordinating with Logistics for timely fulfilment, and supporting sales team activities, including preparing client proposals and quotations. 1. Scanning : The primary role involves converting physical documents into a digital format.
