We will temporarily need a Compensation and Benfits Specialist for ASEAN for 7-8 months. Although this is a temporary role to cover the current lead during her maternity leave, this role will still be a key member of the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team, responsible for overseeing rewards related topics within the 6 ASEAN countries. This short-term assignment could benefit you with better understanding of rewards practices of different geographies and abundant cross-cultural experiences.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• You are responsible to manage the annual merit and performance bonus activities.
• You are responsible to ensure good internal and external stakeholders management for compensation topics, insurable benefits and flexible benefits matters.
• You will design and drive regional health & wellbeing programs to optimize employee experience and cost spent.
• You will manage Total Rewards implementation in collaboration with country HR team.
• For employee-related insurances, you will lead annual review and renewal processes and ensure compliance and management of legislative changes.
• You will manage partners and service providers, as well as key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure high standard of service delivery.
• Based on the global/ regional strategy, you will lead projects to contribute to the digitalization of benefits/ pensions delivery in assigned countries and contribute to global projects with regional expertise as deemed necessary.
• You will be responsible for data management and reporting for all Total Rewards surveys.
• You will conduct benefits benchmarking and represent Siemens Healthineers in external expert communities and networks of practice.
• You will support M&A activities in assigned countries (including carve-outs and integration) jointly with relevant HR M&A/ Pension M&A workstreams.

Your qualifications and experiences:
• You have strong communication skills, especially in making decision proposals to senior management.
• You are analytical, detail-oriented, and discreet.
• An additional HR qualification, e.g. World at Work GRP/ CCP, is a plus
• You are fluent in English.
• You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• You are willing to travel occasionally as part of this role to other Siemens Healthineers locations in Asia Pacific
Your personality and skills:
• You hold a successfully completed Degree in Human Resource Management or business administration or have comparable knowledge.
• You have at least 7 years of extensive experience in managing benefits, especially insurable benefits and pensions, in Asia Pacific
• You are passionate about the development and implementation of Total Rewards policies, structures and processes in an international context.
• You are familiar with the benefits-related legal framework and labor market practices in Asia Pacific countries.
