Main Objective:

Provide technical and clinical support for the training curriculum that addresses the changing needs of Arthrex employees, Arthrex business partner representatives, and healthcare professional customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 3. Participate in healthcare professional medical education and training programs.

a. Carry out the objectives created for healthcare professional product and procedure training programs.

b. Provide input for healthcare professional medical education courses and single day lab agendas.

c. Teach the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedure-specific surgical and non­ surgical techniques using Arthrex instruments.

d. Teach general orthopedic and medical condition topics including current and classic concepts of patho-anatomy, biomechanics, and pathology classifications related to Arthrex products and procedures.

e. Participate as a liaison with Arthrex business partners and their representatives to assist with organization and implementation of their local medical education and surgical skills lab training p programs.

f. Assist in the organization and execution of cadaver surgical skills workshop.

4. Assist with reviewing written and digital material developed by other Arthrex departments to advise on clinical accuracy of these materials.

5. May supervise other employees in the future.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor' s degree or equivalent in one of the bio-medical sciences or related fields is required.

Experience as a surgical nurse, surgical technician, medical doctor, doctor of osteopathic medicine or orthopedic surgeon, working in orthopedic surgery field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Basic Network Administration:

· Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network devices.

· Ensure network security protocols and procedures are implemented.

2. Linux Hands-On:

· Manage Linux-based systems, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.

· Troubleshoot Linux server and application issues.

· Implement security measures and updates on Linux systems.

3. Data Centre Hands-On:

· Oversee the physical and virtual infrastructure of data center facilities.

· Ensure proper functioning of servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.

· Perform routine maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors for repairs.

4. IT Helpdesk:

Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Linux system administration, including shell scripting.

· Hands-on experience with data center operations and infrastructure.

· Prior experience in IT helpdesk support roles.

· Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery principles.

· Familiarity with trading systems and basic trading product setups is a plus.

· Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

· Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL are desirable.
