Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Product & Community Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role involves supporting product operations, coordinating with Korean developers, and driving social media engagement. The ideal candidate is fluent in Korean and English and passionate about games and community-building.

Responsibilities

• Game Testing & CoordinationAssist with game testing to identify bugs and areas for improvement.
  Coordinate with Korean developers to communicate necessary adjustments and enhancements.
  Translate game documents, emails, and communications between Korean and English.
  Travel to Korea to participate in meetings with developers and service providers.
  
• Social Media & Community EngagementCreate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms to connect with players and enhance community engagement.
  Monitor and respond to player comments and feedback on social media in a timely manner.
  Organize and manage online events and campaigns to promote player interaction and build brand awareness.
  Track and report community sentiment and trends to improve social media efforts.
  
• Ad-hoc TasksHandle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
  

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

System & Application

• Define / improve IT Systems and Applications strategy and architecture for each project assigned.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, application and software.
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new application and software.
• Troubleshoot software issues related to internal IT.
• Maintain essential IT systems and applications.
• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.

Policy and Process Management

• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies and procedural requirements.

3rd Party Systems

• Point of contact and support any software and application issues.
• Monitor the project progression and provide timely update to reporting.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience (2 years of experience in project management with 5 years of experience in system design, development, or maintenance.)
• SharePoint, SDLC, SQL, SQL Database, Power Automate and RPA, Internet programming.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP
• Meticulous and detailed.
• Self-motivated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very strong project management & analytical skills.
• Good organizational skills with the flexibility to adapt to changes.
• Ability to work under stress and multi-task.
• Willing to work shift hours or late hours if any project required

We are looking for experienced In-Situ Specialists for QuantiServ Singapore. QuantiServ offers specialised, fast and reliable support, maintenance and repair services for customers operating equipment by multiple brands, both in the marine and energy sectors. This position is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore. You will be expected to have some experience of the following:

· Execution of in-situ machining assignments on board ships and in power plants and industrial plants world-wide.

· Composing of technical reports and taking of measurement records and to update progress regularly to stakeholders.

· Prepared to travel extensively and to be mindful of safety awareness while working on-site and in the workshop.

· To be responsible for the highest possible customer satisfaction and to deliver high quality, accurate work while adhering to tight schedules.

· To create and maintain a high-performance team and focusing on continuous improvement.

· Knowing in-situ machining of crankpins or in-situ line boring of main bearing pockets or metal stitching or engine alignment will be an added advantage.

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Line Manager or Management.

· The knowledge and experience to be able to go for new job inspection and to be able to plan time and materials/tools/machines for the job to be done.

· The willingness to travel overseas as and when required for jobs, often with very short notice.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area daily and conduct machine / tool preventive maintenance as and when required.
