We are looking for a high-energy, creative, driven and resourceful marketing specialist, seeking to advance and gain new, in-demand skills in his/her career in B2B technology marketing. The specialist will have the opportunity to work on various aspects and functions within the marketing organisation including field marketing, channel marketing, digital and social marketing and marketing operations.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute the marketing plan for the Singapore market to drive lead acquisition, opportunity creation, growth and nurture journey of the business. The selected specialist will need to execute on the joint marketing plan with key business partners and work with the wider regional marketing and central marketing organisation to deliver the execution of joint marketing and direct marketing activities in the country. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for partnering sales to develop and drive the marketing programs, such as campaign development, demand generation, lead management, database health, analytics and reporting to drive top of the funnel leads and opportunity creation.
Objectives of this Role
• Drive Lead Generation
o Execute on marketing plan for Singapore to drive lead generation efforts with specific objectives across different channels and segments aligned to the business priorities
o Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, working with agencies, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration (field, vertical and channel marketing)
o Conduct, track and maintain performance of the marketing activities which include analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, present recommendations on tactics
o Work with immediate team, central brand, content marketing and web teams to execute on campaigns and customer references
• Execute on Partner Marketing
o Plan and drive partner marketing initiatives with key business partners, co-execute, rack, measure and report success of joint marketing activities to meet the key business objectives
Key Responsibilities
• Work in partnership with the central marketing team, develop campaign assets relevant for the local markets
• Work in partnership with local sales organization to drive key business priorities supported by key marketing initiatives when required
• Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
• Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, govern budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking, measuring, analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Execute and track progress with key business partners on joint marketing plans to drive lead generation and demand. Provide joint marketing guidance, track, measure and report

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 3-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in Technology
• Proven experience developing integrated marketing plans and campaigns
• Experience with content creation a plus, ability to copywrite for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube)
• Good knowledge of media editing tools is a plus (Photoshop, Adobe, Video editing software etc)
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Solid computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, web analytics and Google Adwords (is a plus)
• Experienced in Marketing Automation platforms and CRM platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
