Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to promote the Har Har Chicken brand and products.

· Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

· Manage and develop marketing campaigns, website content, social media to reach target audiences.

· Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collaterals, such as social media posts and promotional material.

· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

· Develop and manage advertising campaigns to build brand awareness and positioning while identifying potential customers.

· Drive the success of the Har Har Chicken brand including building top of mind recall, improving customer experience and increasing revenue

Requirements

· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related discipline.

· Minimum 3 years’ relevant brand management and marketing experience.

· Experience in the F&B industry will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Conduct assessments to identify and qualify vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability;
• Draft and distribute RFPs (Request for Proposal) to potential vendors, outlining the specifications and requirements for products or services needed;

Job Requirements:

• Work with Product Owner throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth launch of product service
• Jointly conduct UAT or LSV with other stakeholders based on scripts provided, to ensure positive test results before the project is launch

• Develop new work processes for Retail (general workflow, escalation, dispute handling, technical support) and ensure they fix into the processes of other departments
• Identify any operational or servicing gaps and establish workarounds or alternatives to bridge those gaps

• Image Classification: Assist in developing and implementing AI models for classifying customer-submitted photos to support blocked stock decision making.

Billing Admin

Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis
• Update spots and remarks on Publicis’s proprietary billing platform based on actualized amount
• Generate proforma invoices for shared service team’s approval
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Participate in finance WIP billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion within three months of activity end date
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

• The day-to-day media buying for the agency
• Deliver excellent master contract pricing through negotiation and relationships with media owners, wherever applicable
• Develop understanding of client business and role of online in delivering objectives ways of working from planning to getting approval and billing process
• Deliver added value opportunities across clients wherever possible
• Book all campaigns according to the brief (with confirmed media) and ensure financials are correct
• Monitor campaign delivery and reconcile any under deliveries
• Assist with auditing process across specific client base
• Follow through the closed job for invoicing process (incl. (proof of ads, supplier invoices, TV reporting, signed schedule)
