Role and Responsibilities

Quality Systems

1. Supports overall maintenance of quality systems

2. Monitor and reports on the quality performance for Asia Operations such as product quality performance, supplier performance and gaps for continuous improvement to the management team

3. Maintains the Master control and ISO document control system

4. Maintains customer related documents such as Quality Agreement, PPAP

Quality Policies

6. Ensures effective implementation of all company quality policies

10. Manage supplier and customer programs (CCAR, ICAR and SCARs) to ensure that complaints are handled effectively and timely.

11. Support and work with different stakeholders on reporting, monitoring and resolution on customer complaints.

12. Support and work with Supply Chain and Operation on supplier quality issues.

Auditing

13. Leads ISO quality standards implementation as Management Representative.

14. Conducts and leads quality audits to specific quality standards.

15. Leads customer related audits

16. Conducts supplier audits

17. Conducts internal audit investigations for product quality and process issues

18. Responsible for ensuring timely resolution to audit findings

Training

19. Provides training for all employees on basic quality and statistical concepts

20. Provides training to appropriate personnel for updates and changes to quality policy

21. Attends relevant external training sessions/courses and shares learning internally

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a field of study such as chemistry, business, accounting, engineering, etc.

• Certificate in Quality Engineering is preferred.

• Position requires 3-6 years of quality management experience.

• Good experience into customer & supplier audit and able to conduct training

• ISO 13845 experience will be added advantage.

Role: Quality Engineer (QE)

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials, processes, and workmanship throughout a project. This role involves developing QA/QC documents, monitoring site quality control activities, monitoring compliance with standards, and implementing quality assurance procedures to deliver projects that meet contract, client specifications, international standards, and Singapore regulatory requirements. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, durable, and safe civil engineering projects while maintaining efficiency and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take part in developing QA procedures as required by the project Quality Assurance Plan.

2. Develop and/or review QC report templates and checklists as per ITPs.

3. Participate in developing quality training materials per project quality requirements and technical specifications. Conduct quality training for subcontractors’ QC inspectors and site supervisors.

4. Conduct regular checks for site QC activities and QC report completion.

5. Cover day-time site inspections for civil works as per ITPs when it is needed by site situations.

6. Take part in project internal quality audits in accordance with project audit procedures to ensure compliance with company ISO 9001 QMS, and Singapore regulatory requirements. Identify non-conformities and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Job Description:

• Assist Product Owner, Business Analyst to craft out user story acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and decompose complicated software systems, and design a holistic test strategy.
• Research emerging technologies and develop test automation framework.
• Develop test suites of test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform time-boxed exploratory testing.
• Maintain regression test suite in QA nightly build.
• Actively refine the smoke test suite in the Development CI environment.
• Lead system integration testing with other systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degrees are a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proven experience with automation testing, particularly using Cypress for E2E testing.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like Gatling and Autocannon.
• Experience with contract testing frameworks such as Pact.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (TypeScript) and familiarity with Go.
• Solid understanding of frontend and backend technologies, including ReactJS, ExpressJS, and Gin-gonic.
• Experience with AWS services, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and ArgoCD.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and caching solutionsn(Redis)

Job Summary

We seek an experienced and motivated Software Quality Engineer to join our forward-thinking tech team. In this role, you'll ensure our platform is reliable and meets high-quality standards. This position allows you to work across teams, shaping and implementing advanced QA processes that support scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions

Responsibilities:

Test Strategy and Planning

- Define and lead comprehensive QA strategies, covering all phases of the software development lifecycle.

- Develop, manage, and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough testing.

Automation and Tooling

- Lead the development of automated testing frameworks using Cypress, Playwright or any automation tool for end-to-end test coverage.

- Drive platform scalability by implementing performance and load tests using tools like Gatling, K6, or Jmeter.

Quality Assurance

- Perform contract testing to ensure smooth interaction between microservices.

- Lead regression testing efforts for bug fixes and new features to maintain overall quality.

- Oversee the end-to-end testing pipeline, resolving issues promptly to avoid any delays.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers to meet project requirements and deliver high-quality software.

- Contribute to agile team processes, including sprint planning and other ceremonies, with valuable QA insights.

- Coordinate with QE teammates to prepare and lead weekly deployments, ensuring smooth execution.

Issue Resolution and Reporting

- Accurately document, track, and report software defects, conducting root cause analysis as needed.

- Provide timely and detailed reports on QA activities, testing outcomes, and relevant quality metrics.

Requirements:

- Expertise in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).

Job Scope

· Perform daily hygiene inspection and reporting to relevant departments for rectification.

· Assist in training production line staff on daily incoming/outgoing product inspection, in process and end product inspection.

· Perform regular in-process checking, room layout and safety

· In charge of daily goods return inspection and provide findings to relevant departments

· Monitor usage and replenish stocks of cleaning compound and sanitizers.

· Supervise a team of cleaners to ensure pallet cleanliness and etc.

· Involve in internal, external and regulatory audits.

· Involve in customer feedback and trouble-shooting for QC or food safety issues and recommend viable solution for any QC or food safety related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and establish quality assurance deliverables and testing framework, including estimate testing scope and time needed based on user requirements, create and maintain test specifications in accordance with changing requirements, throughout development;

• Create and maintain automated test framework using tools such as Cucumber/Selenium to support continuous development and testing, including prepare test environment, create and maintain functional testing scripts in accordance with changing requirements;

• Conduct manual functional / exploratory testing to compliment automated testing, including browser testing and system integration tests with other modules;

• Conduct impact analysis of defect fixes discovered during manual or automated tests

• Validate stories using acceptance criteria, raising defects as needed and work with development team to improve the expected behaviours and test cases;

• Conduct performance and load tests if needed, validate the output and expected outcomes and feedback on improvement required;

• Conduct application performance and security testing if needed, to ensure we have a robust and secured system in place;

• Work with Business Analyst on UAT data preparation and support;

• Work collaboratively with the rest of the technical and business team, including understanding the business/user requirements to facilitate testing, participate in desk-checks to do early validation and verify completeness of story, as well as participate in showcases to demonstrate tested stories;

• Conduct system integration tests with external parties when necessary, validate the output and expected outcome e.g. data to and from external parties’ systems and feedback on improvement requirement;

• Work with DevOps team to establish process for deployment and maintaining CI/CD pipeline

Knowledge and Skills

• Tertiary education in relevant fields is preferred

• Experience in programming in Java / Python / NodeJs is preferred

• Hands-on experience with software testing including automated functional testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Maven, Capybara is preferred.

• Experience doing automation testing in Agile development process will be an added advantage

• Have SQL scripting skills

• Hands-on experience in one or more of the followings is preferred:

o Application exploratory testing and regression test automation

o Application performance testing

o Application security testing

• Have relevant knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Project Director supporting in attaining holistic Service Levels for various assigned matrices.
• Manage a team to achieve operational objectives through workforce planning, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), execution, and contingencies.
• Provide strategic plans to synergize mailboxes and escalation management to attain timely and professional deliveries with articulacy.
• Plays a pivotal role to work with the various survey managers to drive quality standards and service excellence throughout inbound and outbound workforce.
