Job Description:

· Report to the Technical Manager, Senior Manager / GM of Coastal Dynamic.

· Lead and manage electrical engineering aspects of oil and gas and renewable projects, including MOPUs, FPSOs, offshore vessels, gas processing plants, solar farms, energy storage technology and wind energy.

· Oversee the electrical-related technical specification, design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

· Provide technical expertise in the development of electrical engineering plans, specifications, and procedures.

· Conduct feasibility studies, budgeting and technical evaluations to support decision-making processes for new ventures and projects.

· Develop and review electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

· Oversee and lead electrical system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

· Interface with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes relevant to electrical engineering in the oil and gas and renewable sector.

· Assist the Technical Manager and the Senior Manager/ GM to conceive and drive improvement processes for the Company.

· Accountable for the overall success of electrical engineering deliverables on assigned projects.

· Accountable for non-conformance of project electrical system to technical specifications, delays in delivery and budget overspending.

· Accountable for non-conformance to relevant document control procedures.

· Accountable for any non-conformance to company ISO standards in relation to the scope of responsibility.

· Ensure Company policies and good practices are followed.

Requirements:

· Experience: 10 – 15 years of experience in the relevant industry;

· Education: Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Skills: Proficient in MS Office and PLC software. Familiarity with relevant electrical design and simulation tools is a plus.

· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and provide guidance. Must be able to work with colleagues of all levels and contribute to building a positive working environment.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

· Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex electrical engineering challenges.

· Project Management: Experience in managing electrical aspects of projects, ensuring successful execution within specified timelines and budget constraints.

· Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of international and local electrical codes and standards relevant to the oil and gas industry.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for deciding the manufacturing sequence, routing, estimation, submission of quotes and close follow up on enquires to win orders. The Costing & Manufacturing Engineer is responsible to create job routings for confirmed orders in line with the quoted scope and customer bill of materials. This is a fast paced customer facing position.

• Perform costing of jobs.
• Responsible for submission of quotes and customer’s point of contact for clarifications as well as purchase order.
• Perform order processing from quotation to delivery.
• Create manufacturing process routings and job completion in ERP system.
• Liaise with customers and vendors on order requirements.
• Responsible for assigned customers’ sales revenue and margin targets.
• Liaise with operations team on high profile sales order manufacturing plan.


Requirement:
• Degree in mechanical engineering / manufacturing engineering (Diploma holders with similar industrial experience will be considered)
• Good understanding of precision machining processes.
• Well versed with manufacturing process & good understanding of material specifications common to Oil & Gas industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills with basic knowledge in ERP systems.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas machining or similar Industry.
