DOCUMENT CONTROL ASSISTANT / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

· To take direction from Document Control Manager

· To be able to work as a proactive team member

· Management & filing of all Project documentation (Outgoing & Incoming)

· Preparation of Document Issue Packages to meet Project stage deliverables as defined by the Project Team Leader

· Checking that all documents meet defined AEDAS standards before being transmitted, and to highlight non-compliances to team members responsible. i.e. File name & drawing nomenclature compliance (Checked against any earlier revisions).

· Maintenance of Electronic PDF in project folders reflecting:

o AEDAS “Current“ Documents (Drawings, Specifications, Reports)

o “Current” Documents from all other Consultants

o “Current” Documents from Contractors as Submission Packages documents

· Downloading, Internal distribution and eventually filing of contractor submissions

· Uploading of commented documents via Workflow

· Assistance in preparation of and updating the distribution matrix as and when required, and advising all changes as appropriate

· Production of Reports to include but not limited to;

o Incoming & Outgoing reports on a weekly basis

o Tracking registers to record receipt & return of submittals

o To maintain & manage RFI tracking lists

o To highlight to team leaders any late items not yet responded

o Other reasonable tasks as required by Doc Control Manager & Team leaders

Requirements:

· Document Control Assistant - 1 year of working experiences in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) environments, such as Aconex, Procore & BIM360 Documents

· Document Controller - 4 years of working experiences in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) environments, such as Aconex, Procore & BIM360 Documents

· To fully engage with the usage of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and any other electronic document control systems pertinent to a project.

· Illustrate a positive, proactive attitude

· Logical approach to work with a consistent attention to detail

· A full understanding of AEDAS IMS and its supporting documents

· Ability to cope with conflicting demands, to be able to proactively highlight any conflicts of priorities and suggest action plans to resolve issues

Position Overview:

As a Configuration Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing the configuration and release processes for our systems and software products. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration management lifecycle, ensuring the integrity of system/software builds, and orchestrating the release process from development to production environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality system/software releases and manage their configuration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configuration Management:

· Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures.

· Establish and enforce configuration management standards and best practices.

· Manage configuration items and their relationships throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Implement tools and automation for configuration identification, control, and auditing.

2. Software Release Management:

· Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across different environments (e.g., development, testing, staging, production).

· Define release strategies and deployment processes to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software releases.

· Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve release-related issues and ensure timely delivery.

· Monitor release activities and implement improvements to streamline release processes.

3. Version Control:

· Manage version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) to track changes to system/software artifacts and facilitate collaboration among development teams.

· Implement branching and merging strategies to support parallel development efforts and release branching.

4. Change Management:

· Facilitate change control processes to assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure proper approval and documentation.

· Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate and manage change requests throughout the software development lifecycle.

5. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

· Plan and control strategy on CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

· Monitor CI/CD pipelines for failures and performance issues, and implement remediation measures to improve configuration control as needed.

6. Quality Assurance:

· Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that configuration and system/software releases meet quality standards and functional requirements.

· Participate in release testing activities and provide support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in configuration management and software release management roles.
• Strong understanding of system lifecycle and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
• Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in configuration management (e.g., CMII) and release management (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.

What you bring:

• Required programming language: Python, C/C++, Java.
• 2+ years experience in deep learning and generative AI algorithm/model development/optimization, model training methodology.
• It is nice to have experience in developing deep learning and generative AI algorithms for mobile/embedding devices.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a senior role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems and features to support regional gaming platform
• Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices
• Analyse and optimize applications performance and develop high-availability systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, cross regional teams with fellow Software Engineers, Product Managers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Operations team members to build up the gaming platform.

Qualifications

• Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: Go, C#, Java, Python.
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and other technologies such as Redis.
