Purpose and Scope

The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual provisions which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
• Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
• Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analysis & reporting, measurement etc
• Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site
• Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry.

• Good understanding & knowledge of contracts law and its application.

THE ROLE:

As a member of the SoC Physical Integration team, you'll interface with various engineering groups, including architecture, design, CAD, software, and product engineering, across various geographies to work towards the physical/electrical verification and tape out of AMD SoC FPGA/ACAP devices. • Ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems on ships, including generators, motors, switchboards, and electrical distribution panels, by performing routine maintenance tasks.
