• Identify, forecast, and plan the appropriate ILS activities
• Manage, update, and create ILS documentation, including ILS Plans, technical data/documentation plans, reports, technical data lists, ILS instructions, transition plans and procedures
• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance procedures according to contractual requirements
• Perform Reliability, Availability & Maintainability (RAM) modelling and calculations
• Perform Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMECA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Perform spares analysis and catalogue spares data according to contract requirements
• Work with engineers to create maintenance procedures using a systematic approach
• Ability to work with and be independent

Requirements

• Degree in engineering
• Demonstrate ability to quickly understand and apply technical concepts and principles to solve problems
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time on multiple simultaneous projects
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks as assigned
• Practical understanding of ILS/LSA standards and experience working with military engineering standards is preferred
• Understanding of RAM modelling is preferred

Job scope:

• Provide technical support and assist Electrical Manager in project planning and R&D.
• Prepare engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for necessary works related to electrical.
• Produce bill of materials for purchase order and negotiate with vendors to ensure budget are met.
• Assist Electrical Manager to develop PLC and HMI programming.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience of designing control panel with conformity standards such as CE, UL, VDE & CSA.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 & AutoCad.
