Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

1. Design and implement the company’s goods tracking mechanism to ensure complete traceability from manufacturer to end consumer.

a. You will be expected to work with the ERP systems administrator to digitize this mechanism

2. Manage a team of quality assurance officers, whose functions include

a. Ensuring correct distributor codes are present on each product

b. Visually inspecting all merchandise to ensure there are no blemishes

c. Appropriately demarcating and returning merchandise which does not meet QC standards

3. Manage a team of warehouse operators, who carry out typical CG operations.

4. Ensure logistics process error rate of <0.05%, including customer complaints and internal QA checks.

Job Requirements

As a significant point of control for the essential functions of quality control and warehousing, you will be expected to have the following experience and/or knowledge in order to carry out your functions effectively:

1) Thorough knowledge of various industry standard packaging quality assurance checkpoints, including their methods of identification.

2) Experience managing a team of at least 25 in a quality assurance function.

3) Deep knowledge and experience of goods traceability mechanisms, especially with regards to implementation of these mechanisms downstream.

4) Knowledge and experience of warehouse operations with respect to CG, especially in handling, sanitation between QC and non-QC products, goods flow, product accounting, etc.

5) Knowledge and experience working with GS1 standards and matrix codes.

6) A minimum of 15 years of experience working directly in the quality assurance field within the luxury industry.

7) Qualifications in technical industries are highly preferred.

8) Knowledge and experience in Odoo 16 software usage, especially Inventory and Manufacturing module.

QA Lead Responsibility

• Provide functional workflows, test data, and support to black box, automation, VA and PT.

Duties to Perform:

The Senior Chemical Engineer will work on designing, tendering, and monitoring the installation of bulk chemical and high purity chemical systems for industrial facilities in semiconductors, electronics, biopharma, and related industries. The gas systems include bulk chemicals, high-purity chemicals, slurries, and related distribution networks.

The Senior Chemical Engineer will collate the client’s capacity requirements and specifications and prepare the conceptual design, make a detailed design for system capacity, configuration, schematic, P&ID, PFD, layout, distribution, and system parameters, and prepare documents like the scope of work, reports, pecifications, standards, logistics, and detailed drawings for tender.

The Prospective Candidate will review proposals from contractors and continue to support them during installation when required. The Prospective Candidate will work closely with other disciplines such as Architects, Civil, Cleanroom, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, and Construction Engineers, as well as CAD/ BIM designer in designing and delivering the project.

Requirements:

You should have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

You should have sound experience in designing high-purity chemicals and distribution systems related to semiconductors manufacturing or similar facilities. You should be able to comprehend clients’ URS, and design with concept design, schematics, PFDs, P&IDs, routing layout, the scope of work, specifications, and functional descriptions. Duties to Be Performed:

The Senior Structural Engineer will work on Civil and Structural designs to support all life cycle of a projects from feasibility study to design and up to as-built of industrial buildings and structures. The Structural Engineer will work together with Architects to design, detailing of R.C.C & steel structures and Underground RCC structures of semiconductor fabrication plants, electronics plants, biopharma plants, and other industrial projects.

The Senior Structural Engineer will produce structural design, design options, design calculations, assessment of design options, scope of work, and specifications for industrial projects to meet the functional requirements.

The Senior Structural Engineer will work together with the BIM Modelers and Drafters to prepare designs, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules and details for submission of drawings.

The Senior Structural Engineer will attend the design and permitting meeting with clients, consultants and contractors, and will verify the design submittals from other consultants and contractors. The Prospective Candidate may be required to visit the site to support during construction, work closely with construction team, verify shop drawings and as-built drawings.

Requirements

The successful candidate shall have Post graduate degree in Structural Engineering. You should have 10 years of design experience in civil structural, preferably for industrial buildings, facilities, and cleanrooms.

You should be able to design the multi-disciplinary sub-structures and super structures. You should have worked experience with BS 8007 & BS 8002. You shall have hands on experience using the analysis & design tools like STAAD Pro, SAFE, ETABS and having Geotechnical design & Civil design experience will be a definite added advantage.

You should be able to work independently, be well organized, able to work with minimum supervision and possess a positive team attitude and interpersonal effectiveness.
