The Manager (Inventory) responsible in managing the inventory control to ensure inventory level is optimized and inventory targets are achieved.

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Oversee inventory management; maximize stock turn through replenishment and stock transfer, as well as ensure inventory levels of product categories are controlled within the stock turn day given.
• Locate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
• Responsible to ensure overall cost effective and efficient methods of stock movement.
• Execute overall management direction to ensure product orders are sufficient and on time to cater for business activities.
• Constantly review and improve inventory control protocols and processes to ensure proper system is in place to support the work and to ensure adherence to supply chain inventory standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record with at least 8 years’ experience in retail supply chain management.
• At least 3 years of management experience in retail chain stores.

​My client is currently hiring a Business Control AVP for their Private Banking Business. • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the AML field (client onboarding review [including documentation], ongoing periodic client review, transactions monitoring) in a Private Bank and must be familiar with the MAS 626 requirements or other international AML/CFT standards.
• In depth understanding of risk management for private banking products, investment products and credit products & delivery channel.

Job Description:

Financial Close and Reporting

• Manage period-end closing process
• Manage financial accounting process and finance system GL control
• Responsible for balance sheet substantiation and ensuring timely GL accounts reconciliation
• Ensure proper maintenance and control over the data in General Ledger (“GL”) including AOV (Accounts Owners Verification) and KRI (Key Risk Indicator) submissions.
