Main Duties:

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
• Handing of technical and engineering problems
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever necessary
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely

Responsibilities:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject.
• Min. 3yrs experience in the construction site / LTA project.

• As a Platform Engineer, your role is to design, develop, and maintain distributed applications using the Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform and other technologies.

• Designing and developing distributed applications using Oracle Tuxedo middleware platform.

• Writing efficient, scalable, and reliable code in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or COBOL to implement application logic.

• Configuring and managing the Oracle Tuxedo environment, including setting up application servers, managing resources, and optimizing performance.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and database administrators, to gather requirements, design application architecture, and ensure seamless integration.

• Developing and maintaining documentation for applications, including code comments, technical specifications, and system configurations.

• Performing unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the applications meet functional and performance requirements.

• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Tuxedo applications.

• Keeping up to date with the latest Oracle Tuxedo platform updates, technologies, and best practices in distributed application development.

• Providing technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders.

• Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and software development best practices

Job Duties:

Act as Consultant's resident PM and oversee demolition project and contractor.

• Report to consultant and HDB
• Oversee and ensure quality, timeliness and safety of contractor's work.
• Lead Resident Technical Officer in supervision of the project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities requirements.
• Not required to sign PTCW. PTCW is under RTO
• Based at site near Ghim Moh
• 5.5 days week
• 6 month contract, client option for extension, commencement approximately January 2025

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Civil / Structural / Building Science / Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree;
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;

Job Description:

• Developing PLC & HMI/ SCADA program based on customer specification
• Integration of third-party equipment and components into software design. Example: data communication, barcode scanner, motion control, transducer, vision system and etc...
• Liaise with In-house, Design and Project Engineer for the software development and execution of the project
• Documentation of operation manual for the project.
• Maintain proper project documentation.

Design Engineer job description as following:

• Familiar with Design Submission Progresses.
• Work with design team to prepare drawings and relevant documents (such as Technical Specifications, Method Statement etc) for submission.
• Assist Senior design engineer to manage design matters and related submissions.
• Assist Senior design engineer to coordinate with management level, consultants and sub-contractors for design matters.
• Able to attend the sub-contractors' meeting and explain the related design technial issues.

Minimum Requirements as followings:

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. At least 4 years relevant experience in Trackworks/Rail industry
3. Experienced in Autocad, Microstation software to prepare computer-aided drawings.
4. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Scope

• Prepare schematic design, site installation layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications etc for automation equipment panel.
• Liaise with external consultant teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve project electrical design issues.
• Generate BOM and RFQ document.
• Communicate with contractor for automation equipment panel fabrication.
• Prepare factory acceptance test document for automation equipment panel.
• Responsible for liaising with Project Manager on automation equipment panel acceptance before ship to site.
• Provide support on site installation.
• Updating of Circuit diagram, Control device and Equipment Installation layout.
