The Facilities Cost Benchmark is responsible for developing a comprehensive construction cost and management to achieve long-term Micron goals.

The role will be managing and supporting Micron construction projects cost from planning through closeout, including scoping, pre-planning, design, construction administration, Facilities budget cost benchmark management with different Micron site.

Responsibility includes budget cost managing & improving of new project planning business process. Gathering, analyzing & benchmarking Micron current manufacturing sites & construction projects, providing accurate & timely information to project evaluation team. Facilities Cost Benchmark also has another important responsibility is to evaluate the global semiconductor factory construction cost comparison.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead new construction project cost process.
• Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with requirements.
• Prepare new project Cost & schedule report & long-term plan reports for management review.
• Developing and managing initial project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate should possess a BSc or Beng in Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning.
