This role will focus on driving the digital transformation of fleet systems, leveraging telematics, fleet management software, IoT solutions, and data analytics to improve fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience overseeing technology-driven initiatives within the maritime industry, including for ship management and/or Fleet IT.

Responsibilities

· Evaluate and implement new technologies relevant to vessel performance such as IoT systems, predictive maintenance, and remote monitoring systems. Oversee the entire deployment process from conceptualization to execution.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Marine Engineering.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience overseeing technology-driven initiatives within the maritime industry, including for ship management and/or Fleet IT.

Position Overview:
The Station Manager/Branch Manager serves as the official representative of Regional Airline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operational Oversight:
   • Manage and monitor the achievement of On-Time Performance (OTP) at the station.
