• You will manage the Sans Souci affiliate and its team in the APAC region to provide leadership and strategic planning for the office such as: providing visionary leadership to the organization, developing and implementing strategies to achieve, identifying new business opportunities and markets for expansion, establishing short and long term goals and defining the direction of the company.
• You will be involved in operations management (e.g. streamlining processes and implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency, etc.), risk management and compliance (e.g. ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, enforcing policies to minimize legal and regulatory risk, etc.) and will also be involved in financial management (e.g. budgets, financial performance and profitability, strategic financial decision making, reporting, etc.)
• You will lead and manage the sales operations and oversee the activities of the sales management team in the region. The Territory Managing Director will build and manage all aspects of the sales department including management leadership, account management, business analytics and sales/ channel/ segment development. You also works closely with the following departments: project management, finance, marketing and other sales teams to ensure the delivery of first class service.
• You will have responsibility for the annual sales and business development plan

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Master’s degree
• We need Czech as mother tongue for this role plus advanced English for the professional work
• We need someone with proven sales experience from lighting industry from Asia/ Pacific region
• We need someone with technical background and with glass production and glass technologies knowledges and experiences.
• International mindset
• Business development experience min. 7 years (sales of glass/ lighting or other luxury product is an advantage)
• People management experience min. 3 - 4 years
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
