Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments and multinational corporations, Securities Services offers a range of fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- Ensure services agreed are provided to the client within the Operating Memorandum
- Ensure that client enquiries are responded to in a polite and timely manner and monitor completeness and accuracy to drive service improvement
- Co-ordinate the negotiation and business agreement of new/bespoke client service requests
- Ensure client reporting and management information is delivered as agreed with the client
- Work in close co-ordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service management and proactive management of client issues and requirements
- Ensure full understanding of clients and their operating model
- Ensure full understanding of client’s needs and requirements and develop a suitable service plan to selected clients base
- Understand the external regulatory environment and compliance issues
- Reviewing, analysing and sharing with clients, the impact of regulatory changes
- Understand client requirement and convey information / message for resolution in efficient & effective manner
- Builds trusting relationships with internal and external clients
Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of the Securities Services industry and global market infrastructure and ongoing developments
- Understanding of Securities Services products such as Direct Custody, Global Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee & Fiduciary Services
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills and a team player
- Personal qualities will include diplomacy, integrity and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, complimented with excellent PC skills
- Able to coordinate a variety of initiatives in a complex and constantly changing environment
- Able to work in a pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively
