BRAND/MARKETING MANAGER
Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand/Marketing Manager is responsible for a group of brands.
He or she makes the link between the international brand principals and the local brand team based in Bangladesh.
Duties and responsibilities
Brand management .
· Build and execute the yearly brand marketing plans
· Design presentations and marketing reports to share with the brands
· Prepare pitch book for new potential brands (marketing section of the business plan)
Operational marketing
· Build and implement the 360 launch plans for new brands/product launches
· Oversee the execution of all the marketing activities (ABT and BTL) and ensure the local team has the necessary brand assets to execute on time, with high standards and in line with the guidelines
· Coordinate and follow up the training activities with the training team
· Analyse the performance of the marketing activities and define appropriate KPI
Marketing research
· Conduct some ad-hoc marketing analysis
· Search for market information and data in Bangladesh
· Analyse consumers trends and expectations according to different categories and
needs (beauty/F&B/toys, sport, home...) and identify some gasps for new brand opportunity
Corporate Training and marketing
· Bring some support to the training team to design some modules for the corporate training program
· Participate in writing some content for the revamping of the BestinBrands website
Requirements
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
· At least 3 years of experience in brand management
· Previous experience in the beauty/luxury/FMCG industries is an advantage

· Highly organized with strong ability to multi-task
- Problem solving, efficient time management skills and able to work independently
- Creative, meticulous with an eye for details and aesthetics
· Able to work in a multi-cultural environment
· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
· Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
