The Senior Manager of Leisure Academy will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of all operations, programmes, and resources of the Leisure Academy. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality programmes, client satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals while driving growth, marketing outreach, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Leisure Academy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of new programmes, courses, and initiatives to meet market demands and enhance the Academy’s reputation.
- Drive innovation, best practices, and digital integration in operational processes and service delivery.
Marketing and Social Media
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the Leisure Academy’s offerings and enhance its brand visibility.
- Oversee social media campaigns, content creation, and community engagement to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, advertisements, and online campaigns.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Operational Management
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all Leisure Academy programmes and events.
- Ensure optimal utilization of facilities, resources, and personnel for programme delivery.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of the Academy’s operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and industry standards.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage high-level client communications, proposals, and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Team Leadership and Development
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the Leisure Academy team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Identify training and development needs and implement initiatives to upskill team members.
Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage the Academy’s budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Liaise with the finance department for invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization.
Reporting and Analytics
- Prepare and present periodic reports on operational performance, financial status, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze feedback, market trends, and data to guide decision-making, improve programme delivery, and shape marketing efforts.

Job Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5–8 years in a managerial role, preferably within education, F&B, or leisure industries.\
