Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategic Leadership:

6) Thought Leadership:

• Produce and present research findings at industry conferences and events
• Author, independently or jointly, white papers, occasional market commentary including blogs to profile the Singapore capital market business

8) Financial Management:

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Manager, People, Culture, Organisation plays a key role in implementing and reviewing HR initiatives, practices and processes. This position will oversee the full suite of HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance, compensation and employee relations, and support organisation development initiatives.

ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES

HR Plans & Policies

1. Execute HR plans, as directed by the Management

• Ensure site storage are ready and inventory system is in placed all the time.

• Able to handle more than one project at a time.

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers

• Willing to suggest and adopt to all company policy which may update from time to time.

• Willing to work off hours when necessary to ensure projects are always in best performance.

Job Requirement:

• Possess a License Plumber License are preferable

• Min 7 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad will be advantage

• Class 3 Singapore Driving License
