1. AUTHORITY

To manage the Procurement Team and procurement processes, by delegation or execution.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

The procurement manager is responsible for the Procurement and Logistics Team. He/she is responsible for delegating or executing the spare part, consumable and service contract management, as well as vendor management. He/she will initiate and follow up on process improvement within his/her field of responsibility.

BIM Implementation and Management:

• Oversee and manage the overall implementation of BIM across projects.

Software and System Management:

• Maintain and update BIM software tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
• Work with IT teams to ensure BIM software is up-to-date and fully integrated with other project management systems.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and assist with technical support.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

• Continuously evaluate and improve BIM processes to ensure they align with project requirements and industry standards.
• Research and incorporate new BIM technologies, trends, and innovations into the company's workflows.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

Qualifications:

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy for GVRN. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance features that deliver tangible value to our Web3 clients, ensuring our product not only meets the current market demands but also anticipates future trends in the Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within the Web3, FinTech, LegalTech sectors.
• Strong understanding of Web3 project lifecycles is preferred (early stage, fundraising, TGE, decentralisation).
• Experience with back-office automation is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for technology and its potential to transform businesses.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe suite)
• Experience in responsive web UX/UI

Duties:

Responsible in running the operations of the café. Responsible for opening and closing of café. Lead the entire F&B team, Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. Coaching and training of service staff. Maintain high level of service standard and cleanliness of café. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Building strong rapport with guests. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the company’s regulatory and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including licensing requirements, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, and Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) protocols.

Key Responsibilities：

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Lead the application and management of regulatory licenses, including submissions to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant authorities.
• Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations governing cryptocurrency and financial services industries.
• Liaise with regulators and ensure timely reporting and communication on compliance matters.

AML/CFT Program Management

Key Requirements

Qualifications
