Job Description:
* In charge of the day-to-day operations of the Condominium
* Review and administration of maintenance contracts including insurance policies of the estate
* Plan, execute, and supervise all facilities management and operational matters
* Co-ordinate council meetings and general meetings
* Deliver efficient and effective solutions on estate management
* Prepare and submit annual budget and recommend rates of MF/SF contributions
* Ensure all residents’ feedbacks are attended to promptly and efficiently
* Supervise and manage a team of site staff
* Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
Job Qualification:
* Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of MCST experience
* Good knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
* Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
* A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
