Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), approvals, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Plan, organize, and lead quality initiatives to promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- Maintain and enhance quality performance across all divisions.
- Conduct essential audits and inspections internally or via third parties or clients as required.
- Establish, implement, and coordinate the audit and approval program, report audit outcomes, and ensure corrective actions are followed up.
- Support teams in root cause analysis, develop action plans to prevent issue recurrence, and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Train and develop employees on QMS processes, quality principles, tools, and techniques.
- Manage licensing applications and renewals for sites, products, and services.
- Allocate budgets and control costs for QMS projects, resource management, training, audits, certifications, and professional subscriptions.
- Implement quality procedures aligned with regulations and maintain documentation of approvals, procedures, and accreditations for assigned locations.
- Communicate quality procedures to ensure all regional team members understand their responsibilities in supporting quality assurance.
- Manage operational, technical, health, safety, and environmental audits per the audit schedule.
- Participate in investigations of quality issues, non-conformances, and complaints, ensuring documentation, reporting, and appropriate escalation.
- Monitor and follow up on supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to statistical analyses to recommend improvements.
- Advise leaders and senior managers on compliance issues or supplier quality improvement needs.
- Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must have minimum of 5 years working in aerospace MRO or aviation workshop
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Quality Assurance or related field.
- Candidate must be certified ISO Lead and Internal Auditor
- Passed the CAAS L11/M10 / L12 exam
- Experience in Part 145 approvals and activities.
