Responsibilities:
· Lead, Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products / services in relevant to pipeline services
· Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs
· Perform engineering calculations to support design work
· Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
· Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
· Propose value engineering methods with the clients to interpret their requirements and represent them in the field
· Plan and execute Mechanical / Electrical / Fire / Plumbing & Sanitary (MEPL) project in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
· Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
· Provide technical submission of proposal / drawings / MOS / RA etc
· Review engineering deliverable and initiate appropriate corrective actions
· Assist in creating statistical reports for management.
· Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards

· Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)
· Develop clear goals that is in line with Management’s direction
· Be an excellent team player/mentor to collaborate with the internal and external teams/business partners
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical pipeline engineering
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Good software usage in Autocad / Solidwork / Revit / BIM etc software
· Proficient in MS Office
· Preferred skill sets: Self Driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, strong business acumen, project management and good conversational/writing skills in English.
