• Lead the preparation of annual Group statutory financial statement and liaise with external auditors, while ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle and assist in SGX reporting obligations

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy and Finance or equivalent qualification like ACCA. Professional certifications such as CPA/CA would be beneficial.

• Experience in operational accounting, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day financial management.
• Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International), tax regulations and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies.
