· Receives from subordinates’ reports on progress, materials, manpower, and costs, and directs the work schedule.

· Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications. Develops new construction methods to satisfy unusual circumstances and changes from the original plan.

· Approves jobsite expenditures for labor and services by reviewing cost records, workmanship, material quality and quantity, scheduling, and procurement.

· Approves Safety procedures for all site workers to abide.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering field
• 5 years’ experience least in oil & gas, chemical construction industry
• Experience in executing construction in process/petrochemical plants and storage terminals
• Degree holder in relevant major
• Independent, resourceful, diligent and good team player.
• Able to lead supervisors & workers to comply, fulfil projects requirements, meeting schedules.
• Expected to perform hands-on duties with acquired skills and knowledge.

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries
2. Arrange warehouse, plan routes and process shipments
3. Assist in daily operations
4. Daily Rostering of staff according to contractual manpower requirements
5. Familiar with company’s policies and procedure, maintain customer service and safety work environment
6. Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound / outbound warehouse operation
7. Link up with clientele as first point of contact to address and solve operations issues
8. Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower pool allocated
9. Provide daily manpower report to Operations Manager
10. Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager

Job Description & Requirements

• Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
• Effectively applies safe and economical methodology enforces project standards.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 8-10 years' construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
• Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement
• Completed relevant safety courses required by MOM
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Positive & proactive attitude.
