Credit Control Executive

• Follow up and communicate with customers.
• Review and process new account applications.
• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in system
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.
• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2-years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in MS software .
• Comfortable working closely with different departments simultaneously.

To carry out pest control services to customers , applicants without experience will be on the job training to learn to apply the correct methods of treatment and the proper use of equipments.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.
