• People Management: Cultivate a strong people culture by investing in the coaching and development of team members. The incumbent will take ownership of people-management matters for the department including recruiting, upskilling and mentoring team members.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Hospitality / Food and Beverage Services or an equivalent professional qualification in a related field
• 4 to 6 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and accurately convey the school's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective parents and students.
• Provide detailed information about the school's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
• Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets set by the school.
• Conduct tours of the school campus, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospective families to address their questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in school events, open houses, and information sessions to promote the school.
• Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or a target-driven environment, preferably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
