Main Responsibilities

•Report to the Restaurant Manager or management staff appointed by the Company.

•Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant.

•Deputize in the absence of the Managers.

•Supervise a team of service crew to ensure smooth restaurant operation.

•Handle cashiering duties and banking duties.

•Conduct interviews for new hires.

•Guide and train new/existing Service Crew.

•Constantly motivate and cultivate team spirit.

•Maintain the utmost service standards, discipline, and grooming among the service staff.

•Assist in the performance appraisals and confirmation of the crew.

•Conduct daily checklists.

•Continuously obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.

•Attend to customer complaints, if any.

•Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take.

•Adhere to the Company's standard operating procedures.

•Perform any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We’re currently looking for an experienced & self-driven restaurant manager to lead our team.

Responsibilities includes:

1. Maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.

2. Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

3. Overseeing stock and ordering supplies

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience

2. Proven customer service experience, strong leadership, motivational and people skill

3. Understanding of current SFA regulations, (hygiene and health, and safety legislations.

Job Responsibilities

- Work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business' HR needs.

- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures

- Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs

- Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers

- Overseeing onboarding and exit interviews including procedures

Requirements

- Min 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in managerial role,

- Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software

- Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills

- Strong decision-making skills

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Expert in Employment Act in Singapore including all labour laws set by governing authorities and organizations

- Time management and organizational skills

 - Work closely with the Operations Manager and GM to develop and implement policies, procedures, and promotional strategies.

 - Maintain inventory and supplies, monitor costs, and minimize waste while ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients.

 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, fostering a safe and welcoming environment.
