● Drive initiatives to improve the quality of reporting available, ensuring optimum set-up, processes and practices to enable marketing to demonstrate and report contribution/ROI for campaigns and key activities.

● Work with the related data teams to deliver the data marketing strategy for trigger-based automation within the platform.

CDP and audience expertise:

● Guide and orchestrate cross functional teams to deliver a Customer Data Platform roadmap, including marketing use cases, creation of core audiences, mapping of cross-channel experiences, data requirements and segmentation rules.

● Work collaboratively with Dotcom, Digital Media, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support the development of CDP business use cases, activation and maintenance of target audiences across acquisition and/or retention marketing channels.

Purpose of Role

The Portfolio Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective tenants to promote the portfolio’s workspace, community and experience of the future. Assistant Event Manager

The Assistant Event Manager is responsible for the development, planning and overall operational and execution of meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs and/or special events. The Assistant Event Manager works on a variety of projects simultaneously and serves as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective department. Position: Automotive sales manager

• Working hours: 5 days, 9:30am - 6:30pm

Requirements:

• Min 10 years in the relevant field is required
• Experienced in leadership and team management
• Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
• Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
• Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
• Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of 30 new cars, with both new and used cars contributing to the goal.
• Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
• Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.
