Main Responsibilities

Report to the Head Chef

Assist the Kitchen staff to do basic food preparation

Ensure the Kitchen section has everything they need and be responsible for cleaning the kitchen

Assist in managing cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area

Use initiative and work in a team

Assist in bi-monthly stock take

Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

Summary:

Further develop and drive our customer engagement journey towards a holistic approach to strengthen the business relationship with the current engaged customers, as well as with potential non-buying customers across all A2 (South Asia Pacific) MOs (Market Organizations). Operationalize Evolution implementation from ongoing system support to impactful Sales Management Process across the hierarchies. Serve as a focal point for Systematic Account Development in A2 and main interface to the respective Global Functions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Institutionalize Opportunity Oriented Sales Approach as the main lever of Systematic Account Development.
• Working with RPE DSE and Account Development Expert for ByD, provide unified system and process support for S4 and ByD MOs.
• Together with Sales & Marketing Director community consistently drive the approach to systematically develop customers in Region A2. This includes:
• Continuously develop & drive Focus Customer Approach and resulting Sales Steering activities across the region by implementing “A2 golden SMP standard”.
• Devise and improve strategies, approaches and processes for customer engagement concepts for current focus customers (i.e. currently engaged, but also target customers)
• Develop service concept and global service catalogue to offer scalable and value-adding services to Focus Customer.
• Prepare high-impact presentation material for alignment and decision-making at senior/ top management level and communication to other key stakeholders.
• Driving change management through close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders in Hub.
• Actively steer and drive to actions together with all relevant stakeholders.

Job Specifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant Sales and/or Marketing Experience at management level, proven with track record to successfully influence senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication and conceptual skills.
• Excellent understanding of Hilti business model, strategy & direction.
• Result driven, people oriented with persistence and drive to implement despite obstacles.

· Outgoing, independent, and possesses strong people skills

· Excellent presentation and writing skills

. Must have class 3 or 3A Singapore driving license

· More than 10 years of experience in management reporting, accounting, or financial analysis

· Ability to interpret financial methodology
