1. PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assist the Area Manager in terms of control and guidance in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines. Set targets for self and team in achieving sales target and ensures that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. 1. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

The Supply Chain (SC) Manager develops, conducts, and improves the in-market supply chain include but are not limited to Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the LOC and outbound to its first trade customers in order to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the commercial ambition. Repacking

• Ensure that repacking operations are carried out in line with GSK Quality guidelines
• Schedule and prioritize repacking activity and manage any backlog

• Represent Supply Chain activities/metrics/initiatives at DRM

Performance Management

• Ensure robust performance management is in place / in use, both internally as well as with external parties where appropriate (eg: LSPs)
• Drive local visual office / visual metrics aligned with the regional standard, and ensure appropriate escalations via cluster / regional performance management

Financial Management

• Validation of invoices against services provided and contractual rate cards
• Track spend and collaborate with Finance to raise accruals and review P&L

Accounting Manager Duties

The incumbent will be leading the MSc degree programmes’ marketing and promotional activities and administration at NUS Business School. The duties and responsibilities are as follows.

Events and Outreach with Business Development

• Participate in outreach events to promote the MSc programmes
• Coordinate and organise offline and online outreach events (e.g. info sessions, coffee chats, etc.) to promote the MSc programmes

Job Description

-Manage day to day operations and ensure smooth running of Tree Art campus.

-Proactively engage customers and build good rapport through understanding of students and their progress development.

-Engage in effective sales pitch through familiarising with Tree Art curriculum and programme.

-Support management in planning and executing strategies to increase sales.

-Plan, organise and communicate to customers on the various programme and campus events.

-Serve as customer’s main point of contact and manage communication platforms.

-Responsible for customer enquiries, student enrolment and post-sales services.

-Coordinate class schedule and arrange for replacement teachers when necessary.

-Monitor student attendance and follow up to arrange for makeup lesson.

-Perform administrative duties including maintaining ERP, student records and tracking withdrawals.

-Share expertise and provide guidance to direct report.

-Motivate and work as a team in the achievement of service excellence and centre targets.

-Liaise with landlord on updates.

-Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Director.

Qualification:

-Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-Sales experience in industries such as beauty, cosmetics, or retail services is highly desirable. -Fresh graduates with a strong sales acumen are welcome to apply.

-At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, hospitality, marketing, or education. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask. -Prior experience working with children is an added advantage.

Working Hours (43 hours per work week):

-Mon : off

-Tuesday - Friday : 1.30pm - 7.30pm

-Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
