Responsibilities:

1. Market Research: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitors to find opportunities for growth of HORIBA Products.

3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in industries such as hydrogen, semiconductors, and oil & gas. Building relationships with potential clients. Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific clients

4. Product Collaboration: Share customer and market insights with product teams to help improve and develop the product. Participate in product roadmap discussions to ensure alignment with market demands and business goals.

5. Networking and Brand Building: Represent the company at events and build the brand’s reputation. Network with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to build long-term relationships and raise brand awareness.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior HR Manager in all facets of Human Resources & Administration, including Recruitment & Selection, Employer’s Branding, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Government‐HR related matters, Payroll Processing benefits with compliance to Singapore laws
