4. Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers and award of subcontracts.

5. To monitor and keep track of the project expensed and try to optimize the project profit.

6. Any other adhoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
- At least 5 year related working experience in Building Construction
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.

We are looking for a Project Coordinator or Quantity Surveyor with relevant experience in the Renovation Contractor industry. Responsibilities

• 5.5 days work week (Saturday half day)

• Experience in using Microsoft Excel
