• Sound knowledge of preparing contract close-out documents, monthly reports, interim and final payment applications.
• Good contractual and commercial mind set in working;
• An excellent diplomat and communicator in English, spoken or written.
• Familiar with public project contract administration, including using PSSCOC for contract administration at least for two projects.
• Experience in a project involves D&B for industry plant project will add value.
