Responsibilities:

• Support tender and bidding processes by measuring quantities, preparing BOQs, reviewing contracts and drawings, interpreting specifications, and compiling submission documents.
• Develop tender cost proposals, manage RFQs, and attend site briefings or kick-off meetings.
• Oversee contract management, including procurement, subcontract administration, and cost analysis.
• Source and compare quotations, liaise with suppliers, and monitor project schedules.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts, ensuring timely invoicing.
• Assess subcontractor claims, issue payment responses, and handle disputes like EOT and claims for delays or losses.

Requirements:

• Diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in cost estimation tools, sourcing, purchasing, and billing.
