• Knowledgeable about construction materials and procurement methods.
• AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Good knowledge in Building Construction Works, Singapore Contracts Law and regulations will be an added advantage.

• Take-off quantities, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ, drawings and specifications for the calling of quotations).
• Handle quotation, cost estimation and pricing with contractors.
• Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims & progress payments, VO & finalization of accounts
• Prepare and submit progress claims based on work completed.
• Prepare and submit variation claims, including supporting documents like revised drawings or site instructions.
• Assist contract managers with other duties as required from time to time.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
