  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive cost reports and projections.

• Tendering:
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
  • Analyze and compare subcontractor quotes and prices.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure efficient contract negotiation and procurement.
• Contract Administration:
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage contract variations, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Prepare and submit financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Project Management:
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to provide financial insights and support.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying any risks or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on M&E services.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, materials, and installation methods.

We are seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors for our Tender Department covering the engineering scope in plant engineering, marine/coastal engineering, land civil engineering and sustainable engineering. You will have the opportunities to participate in tenders for public & private, local & overseas projects, in both commercial as well as technical proposals. Your exposures will include site visits, taking off quantities with software, procurement, pricing, brainstorming for value engineering and attending tender interviews.
