Job Responsibilities

Candidates to assist in the provision of a high quality and effective personalized breast imaging and intervention services.

Attentive to details, the candidate will be an integral part of the team in providing a unique patient centric experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Radiographer / Sonographer: mammographers and sonographers with prior experience in breast imaging (screening, diagnostic and procedural).
• Experience with other screening sonographic examinations such as abdomen and pelvis, as well as BMD are additional advantage.
• Candidates should also have prior experience with radiography administrative and management aspects including QC and audits.
• Communicate to reassure patients regarding the imaging and intervention procedures and address any inquiries and concerns that may arise.
• Perform in accordance to standards described in SOP manual, including but not limited to workflow, examination and safety procedures, rules and regulations.
• Support management in the evaluation of the clinical and team performances, quality control, etc.
• Support management in staffing, development and training to enhance engagement and maximise performance.
• Perform duties as may be assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Medical Imaging / Radiography, Ultrasonography or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of PACS systems.
• To communicate with English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa speaking patients regarding the imaging and intervention procedures and address any inquiries and concerns that may arise.
• 5.5 days work week.

responsibilities

1. Be technically and clinically competent in performing diagnostic radiography and all other imaging modalities, where necessary.
2. Performs all diagnostic imaging examinations on patients with clinically accepted standards described in the SOP, with due regards to radiation safety, patient care and clinical requirement.
3. Participates in the maintenance of a round-the-clock radiography service via rotating shifts as rostered and activated.
4. Participates in department SOP work-flow for emergency and mass casualty situations via roster, and when necessary for operational exigencies.
5. Ensures good diagnostic quality in the delivery of Radiography Service through good clinical practice and oversight on Quality Control of Imaging Equipment

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Radiography
• Valid R1, AHPC license in Singapore
• Relevant experience in medical imaging e.g. General Radiography in varying settings, Ultrasound, CT, Nuclear Imaging, Procedural imaging
• Experience in Radiation Safety
