Admin Tasks and Customer Service

• Welcome and usher new students at the reception counter
• Collect and process simple payments.
• Guide students to the correct classrooms, ensuring they are familiar with the school layout.
• Assist students with signing attendance sheets, conducting headcounts, and maintaining accurate attendance records.
• Address simple student inquiries, such as providing stationery or paper.
• Handle photocopying and printing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Plan and organise ahead to ensure smooth campus operations.
• Answer phone calls and perform reminder calls to students.

Centre Management

• Ensure classrooms are always in good condition
• Monitor and replenish office supplies Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms and the studio to create a welcoming environment.
• Regularly restock the snack bar and ensure tissue, paper cups, and dustbins are adequately supplied.

Requirements

• Proficiency in conversational English to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining patience and composure when managing crowds
• Basic computer literacy for tasks like data entry, communication, and simple record-keeping.
• Punctuality and the ability to work independently are essential.
