Skills/Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in handling administrative tasks using digital tools and platforms.

Location : Islandwide

Working Hours

· Mondays to Fridays: 6:30am to 12:30pm (no lunch break included)

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Scope of Services

Running of errands

1. Conveying messages to the parents and staff in the school.

Data entry

2. Recording late coming of students.

3. Recording loan of uniforms to students

Updating of daily staff absence data

4. Record the daily student report sick data in the log books

Receiving and registering documents

5. Receive and register documents in the front office.

Sorting and storing of files

6. Sort out and keep the daily files at the office counter.

7. Any ad hoc duties tasked by the school leaders

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

· Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent

· Should have at least 3 years of experience as a receptionist.

·Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

· Ability to use basic Internet sites i.e. Gmail, WhatsAppWeb, etc.

· English (Written & Spoken) and with one mother tongue language (e.g. Malay, Mandarin, Tamil)

· Able to communicate with students, aged 13 to 17 years old age group
