Receptionist duties

This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with Admin Manager (AM) and School Leaders (SLs) in an MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Yishun) in the day-to-day activities.

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders.

• Handle telephone calls and inquiries from stakeholders.

• Handle walk-in customer service.

• Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.

• Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc).

Job Requirements:

- Must possess GCE ‘N’ or its equivalent

- Possess Basic First Aid certification

- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.

- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders.

- Ability to multitask with good time management.
