• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience either as in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter
• Experience with various selection process (phone interview, reference check, etc.)
• Experience recruiting in IT related field would be advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing,

- Conduct exit interviews

- Any other special projects and duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

-Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma holder in human resource management or other related

disciplines

- Minimum 3 years of human resource management experience in the same

capacity, preferably in F&B/Hospitality/Service industry

- Able manage and lead a small team
